Professor Otter is a small online shop of printable puzzles for kids. Email is the only way to reach us: there is no phone line, no live chat and no shop to visit. Write to hello@professorotter.com and a person will read it and reply by email.
Order help
For a question about a book you bought, send the email address you used at checkout and the name of the book. That is enough for us to find the order in Stripe. We never need your card number, so please don't send it.
PDF download problems
If a download link fails, the file won't open, or a page is missing, tell us which book it is and what you saw. A screenshot of the error and the device or browser you used help. A failed download is not a finished purchase: we will send the file again or fix the link.
Printing problems
Every PDF and free printable is laid out for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in). On A4 paper, choose "Fit to page" in the print dialog so nothing gets cut off. If a page still prints too small, too faint or off the edge, send the page address and your printer model and we will look at it.
Corrections
Found a word that is missing from a word search grid, a maze with no way through, a wrong answer key or a typo? Send the page address and what looks wrong. We fix it on the site, and in the next build of any book that uses it.
Accounts and privacy requests
Accounts are for adults 18 and over. Kids play the activities and don't need an account. To see or delete what we keep about you, email us from the address on your account. The Privacy page lists what we keep and who handles it for us.
When to expect a reply
We answer email in the order it arrives. We can't promise a reply time, so put everything we need in the first message. Refunds and licensing are covered in the Terms, and common questions are answered in the FAQ.
